Lead the Invasion ribbon

Basically i have completed more than 330 mutant wins and i still got suckered out of the ribbon.I've sent 3 support tickets when i was about at 180 wins all tracked through pen and paper.They just replied some copy-pasted response wich sounded like we're sorry we can't track your games but play some more cause you'll get there.
So i thought i might as well screenshot every score sheet at the end of the game.So now i have 101 screenshots wich i uploaded to an online album.
I want to ask a staff member to check it out and help me get my ribbon or at least suggest a way to make support actually read the text in the ticket and reply with a valid response not just an automatic copy-pasted reply from their ''let's shut the poor guys mouth'' bag of responses.
Before you reply to this thread with the classic did u have 6 players in the end,stayed for 2 minutes , mutants won x number of rounds please retain yourself.I did all the games by the rules.

  • Jumm... yes it's right... is the same problem with me, but i score 100 before the event, before friday, and well.. i only be patient.... if someday give me the ribbons... xD
  • Did they close that initial support ticket?
  • 2 out of 3 say closed , 1 says replied.
    We are currently aware that there is no visual display of progress for the 2 new patch ribbons (Xenophobe and Lead the Invasion). We are working on a way to display these on the clan page, however right now there is no ETA for when something like that will happen. This ribbon is designed to be achieved over time by regular playing in Hero Mode X.

    Unfortunately, if you haven't received the ribbon yet, you're not eligible for it yet. Just keep playing and eventually you will get the ribbon! As soon as you're eligible, you'll seen the ribbon on your profile within 48 hours.

    We are unable to give you the exact number of wins you currently have, but rest assured, once you are eligible you will receive the ribbon.

    This is the same response for the lot.Last response was in 9/13/2012 . After that i started taking screenshots of my games

    Anyway this is the last response i just got from support :
    ''Please note that ribbons take 1-3 day to be added to your account from the time of completion. Additionally this process is automatically tracked and cataloged. Unfortunately if you did not receive the ribbon you were unfortunately not eligible.
    Additionally, have recently fixed the ribbon page to show all of the ribbons/ descriptions that were missing earlier.''

    I understand that the process is automated or they just copy-paste those answers but is there no way that someone can intervene and hand out that illusive ribbon manually?I did present the full 101 set of screensshots wich prove that i'm fully eligible (and if somehow one or more of the games was not eligible i'm sure from the other 200 i did ,there are more than enough to compensate)
