Hack Tool Dectected HELP!

Every time i Join a game i get hacked tool detected, i have already uninstalled the game 6 times and even did a full clean instillation. I can't even play a single a game with out this happening. I have CCleaner and clean the folder and my whole computer, and i still get this error. i disable all my background programs using task manager except for the windows services. and i still get HACK TOOL DETECTED. PLEASE HELP! Ihavent even installed anything either
