On the website of the descriptions of the "ribbons" is the ribbon you got when you were 30 ribbon its missing and neither 40 ribbons (and you got the shovel red dragon for 2 years) have retired?

They do still exist, they're just not shown on the page anymore.

Whenever Z8 updates the Ribbon guide they have to enlarge the charge, if they don't do it then some ribbons will get removed so that the new added ones have space.

So don't worry, if you meat the requirements for these ribbons then you will get them sooner or later, it just seems that Z8 has problems handing them out at the moment.

Don't create multiple threads on the same matter. Technical support is the right place for your issue. However, if you don't know where to put your thread there's no need to create the same thread twice in different sections. If it's at the wrong place then MODs will move it if required.

Please don't post the same thread topic onto different boards. Merged your other thread here and now closing it after you had a sufficient number of responses about it.

Yes there is a slight problem with the ribbon database. It will be looked into Monday.
