I think the replay player is broken

I have been watching replays for a while, and almost never have problems except after this last patch, though I didn't have any problems till my most recent video. Caught 1 hacker and suspect 4 other players on it. But every time I watch this video it crashes, anywhere from 3 seconds into it to 1 min, if I try to click anywhere past 1 min. it instantly crashes.
Was hoping z8 could take a look at this issue. I really would like to be 100% sure if they're cheating or not so I can report them properly like the other 3-4000 people I've reported...
And I'm 100% sure it's not my computer, I have a geforce 640 graphics card with 2gb video ram.
8gb ram, I7 960---3400 quad core processor
There is no WAY a game running less than 2% of my processing power and like 5% of my ram should have any impact on my pc.

    i dont understand how this problem wasnt noticed and fixed before they put out this new replay system... they say excessive FF and first person view(happens to be the 2 main things used in a replay). I dont even need to be in either one of those for the replay to crash. how is anyone even suppose to report hackers if they cant FF to the part of the replay without crashing?

    im wondering were all of this ZP money they make is going??? let me guess, a new m4-c skin RIGHT? forget the bugs and crashes when we can have 20 dif. skins of the M4!!!!!

    z8 doesnt seem to have their priorities straight.. putting new ribbons, maps, skins and hats into the game but not fixing things that NEED fix so players dont all come here and bich because we want to enjoy a game the way its meant to be enjoyed.

    shoot i still have 3 tickets OPEN for hackers that ive reported from like 4 months ago. glad i took the time out of my day to report these fcks and i dont report unless i see 20 head-shots in a row..

    I stopped playing this game for awhile due to the all the dumb BS. I came back and its been a friggin roller coaster ride still. IDEK why i even like this game and still play it and i think that is the situation for a lot of people. i have almost a 2yr old acc and its still the same crap since i first started. :(
