I play all days and produced failed in event 3er day. Waht?

In order to claim your prize you need to log in and log out on the same day.

However, there are other people having the same problem, but Z8 isn't working on weekends and therefore they won't look into this before Monday.

I hope they will check it tomorrow then.
Cause I've been playing everyday, like always and am missing 2 days.
