"Hack Tool Detected"

Hi, my friend is having a problem, and I've used all my knowledge to help, but I guess I don't know the answer.

He'll play in a game for about 5-10 minutes, then receive a "Hack Tool Detected" error. Sometimes he receieves it as soon as he logs in, and sometimes he doesn't, but he gets it probably about 10-15 times a day.


I've taken the following steps:

- turning off Windows Firewall (because it's junk)
- closing every possible background task (task manager)
- running as administrator


This seems to not have worked, so I don't know what to do anymore. He's running Windows Vista (horrid, I know), and I figure this may be the problem.

Note: he does not use hacks, nor has he ever.

Any help?
