I have been losted my accont and in about 1 week ago i have try to recover and he asked for me to give a paysafecard Transactions ID and i said i dont have it, and then they say Dont send more tickets, all tickets you will send will be Ignored and closed.
BUT Now i find the paysafecard i send the ticket already please any mod help Please guys please I really want a help.

Don't panic if they don't answer you before Monday. They aren't working on weekends but as soon as they get back to the office they will look into your case.

How did you lose it? Did you give your password to anybody? How do people manage to just "lose" their account.

PrevertMig you are to blame for your lost account it's your responsibility.

To recover a lost account:

you must be the true owner.
you should try to speak english as well as possible ( if you speak it, much better, perfect).
you must give much information as well as possible, like IDs, old passwords, first email of your account, ZP transactions of any method you have bought ZP.
you must be patient, remember this is a free gaming and they are very busy all day as responding and helping many people with the same problems as you at this moment.

Im the true owner of that accont. i have big part of the paysafecards i deposit on my account here with me.
like i said if they want i can pick up my camera andtake a picture of it.

I'm sorry, but it was their final decision. You will need to move on and create a new account.
And they have every right to make such a final decision and disregard any future tickets enquiring it.

Also, please do not fall for scams, it includes but is not limited to, free ZP or having information coerced by a fake admin/MOD/GM, nor share your account info to anyone.
