I forgot the email for my account. I do remember the security question's answer, but I can't change my email because it needs confirmation from the old email.

If Z8Games can tell me what my old email was, or just change the email for me, then that would be great. I'm very frustrated right now, because I constantly get 'You have logged in from another location' and get kicked out of the game. I'm afraid my account got hacked, so I really need to change the password before it's too late! What else can I do to prevent this?

    I think you can send a ticket to support and ask them to change your email; maybe they will change it for you once you provide the security answer of your account. Try also to provide them with some ZP transaction codes to prove you're the real account owner.

    That's what I did. It worked for me.. Two years ago.
