I have a problem in harvest free in crossfire when I click on the red button ( Get ) the page reload and nothing happen as soon as my brother use the same PC and claimed the the first , second and third item . please tell me what is the problem

    It's not because your brother claimed the prize before. I got the prizes for both, my main and my alt, for the past 3 days..

    Did you play a game? Sometimes logging in might not be enough, play a game to make sure you qualified. After you clicked "get" it should say "SUCCESSFUL" in the box where your name was in first, then you gotta click at 'log in' and there should be a "Completed" tag over the prize you won.

    If the last play date on the Clansite updated you should be able to claim the prize at last, if you don't get the prize on the next day then send in a support ticket with a screenshot of your last play date(16-11-2012 in this case)
