Special event error

You need to see the words "Success" on the text box, this will be the same text box where your ingame name will be. I have circled the area where you would see the word "success"


You can also note that the words "complete" are over the item in question after a successful redeem and going back to the same event page.

Also, for future instances you need to fufill the requirements. You don't have to use the event page, as the prize would be given out the day after. The following rule list comes from the thread, and I've highlighted the areas to pay attention to, in case you do use the event page.

Prize Distribution rules:

• Prizes will be handed out to players if they qualify using the special event page.
• The best way to qualify for a prize is to log in to the game, play 1 or 2 games then log out of the game. Then be patient and wait for the event page to update your log in time.
• Only one prize per day is allowed.
  Daily login times start from 00:01 - 23:59 EST each day. (EST is -5 GMT)
• If the event page does not register your log in time correctly please wait up to 2 hours before trying again.
• In addition to the event page, prizes will be distributed to players who have logged in on the morning (10am EST) after the specific day. Example: Log in November 14th, receive your prize november 15th.
• Ribbons will be handed out after November 21st.
