Well, recently I purchased Breath Down in a pack in the mall, yet it doesn't work? The effects are on and ingame, the ghost breath is like a wild monster breathing.

Any sort of combination you need for it to work or what?

If it shows the left image under the chat then it is activated.

I don't think you really notice a on your own, just because you hear yourself loud doesn't mean others do too..

Yes, it shows that on the bottom left hand corner however, whenever I'm near an enemy, they always stop, look around and pinpoint me because of my breath despite having it activated.

Breath down doesn't mean breath gone. You have to keep moving.
