My crossfire will not start in Windows 8

So far as I know Crossfire doesn't run on Windows 8 yet. X-trap isn't compatible with it and as you can't start Crossfire without X-trap you won't be able to start it on windows 8, yet.
I'm looking forward to get this fixed within the next few patches, my guess would be Christmas patch
