When I get in a room my Fps is like 90 and than goes down to 8 ...I no it is not my pc or my net due to I can play World of Warcraft fine!!..It is like some one turning a light switch off and back on...

    Does the FPS return to 90 after round or few?
    Since FPS tells that your pc is having rather hard time running this game.

    Try to close (if you got) any useless programs from backround (for example: net browser), which you don't need while playing.
