My support ticket got closed?

My support ticket got closed reason?

Why is my support ticket got closed, I simply asked for a account recover and they closed for no reason. I didn't sell/trading my account and they still think I'm lying.

Well I either get my account back, or i will go up to court with Z8, I got all the information about that account.

  • I dont want to make this sound bad, but you cant go to court over something you never owned. Read the Terms of Use – Legal Agreement
    They dont put all these security measures in place for nothing. You just have to take your time and give support everything they are asking for. You have to ask yourself....did I keep my account info secure? At the end of the day account security is the users responsibility.
    With all that being said....what exactly did you ask support?
  • I simply and nicely asked about my account recover. I got hacked during the summer, and never able to get it back,b because I was on holiday. After the holiday, I got college straight away so I got no free time. Couple weeks back I asked support to recover my account, when I didn't do any selling or trading to the account that I own before the summer time, and yet Support refuses to recover the account back.

    I also putted alot of information to let Z8 to get my account back, but sadly they said they refused to serve me.

    Let's clear up some fallacies here.

    1) Accounts do not get hacked. If you lost your account then it was because of a few factors. I will list them here.

    a) You used a hack program with a key logger
    b) You logged in to a phishing website
    c) You gave your account information to someone

    Notice that all of those factors involve you. It is your responsibility to keep your information secure. If accounts got hacked, my account would have been hacked ages ago, because I have all the weapons in the game and surely some hacker is dying to play on my account. But I am secure with my information therefore it's not possible to "hack" the account.

    It should also be noted that pirate software in general can often contain keyloggers, but those keyloggers (say on a pirate copy of windows) are looking for things like email passwords, credit card information and other such things. They are not looking for Cross Fire information, only Cross Fire hacks look for CF information.


    2) If multiple people know all the information on an account it becomes difficult for us to return the account to anyone.

    3) The amount of information you provide doesn't matter. If it's not accurate or if it's the same information as someone else, it becomes difficult to be able to prove one way or the other.


    In your particular case, from this account that you have posted on, you have requested information for 2 accounts. One of them you provided all the necessary details and we serviced the account you wanted without any difficulties.

    In the other case you have specifically requested information an account which was flagged for account sharing. This is most likely because the account has been caught using public hacks and has been auto banned multiple times. In fact it is only down to it's final auto ban, or if we review it, then it could be permanently banned. Regardless of who owns it.


    So before you start calling us out for court dates, lets be sure that we get all the information accurate and we correct any of the false stories or false informations being presented.

    i lost my account through my own fault tried to get it back failed made new one now im lt colonel with safe secure acc, so just do that :rolleyes:
