My PING was 36, after the patch it rose up to 70's-80's. My question is that is this an issue due to my internet problems, or CrossFire itself?

  Most likely Crossfire. Crap game is going to perform as such.

  My ping was 23, and now it's 120-200. Hella sick. Crossfire is the best.
