i cant buy with my visa and i cant used free zp ?

Make sure you have entered all of the information correctly.

Do you have enough money in your bank account?

i get this all the time just change payment method it works everytime, i use same card and same info as pay by CC never works so i use other means like pp or something.
try it let us know if you get it working

no i cant join site he tell me this msg (This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations) and i can not put anything (Visa or Free zp) QQ.

I had this error when using my Student Visa. This was the day the halloween patch came out, I tried to buy $50 worth of ZP... it wouldn't work.

So, instead, I just bought $20 worth, and it worked. Don't keep trying if it's not working (you are only able to do like 5-10 ever 24 hours). Either lower, or higher the amount you want to buy, OR change the method of payment (possibly go with paypal).

Ok, by free zp has to do with visa not because it is the same recorded as income website that pertains to the site I can not use the Visa means I can not charge the Free or other :S
