Got Scammed

man this is so gay, i been sending in ticket about my account getting scam but z8 never help me, they say i traded my account, why would i trade my captain account with nice guns for, i got every single information and all the UGC that i used on that account total was $800.00 and now they wont help me get it back, they keep closing my ticket and never reply me back. like 4real tho, i spend so much money on this game, now after i got scam cuz of this ****er who hack my computer keylogged my ****, and they wont believe me, u guys say it was traded. after he scam me, he clearly try to sell the account to get money thats why the account email keep getting change cuz of the guy who hacked me, u guys not doing ur job, help me get it back, i got everything u want to know
