Stuck in clan!!!

I am the only one in my clan "the'. I am trying to close out this clan so I can go joint another clan. it tells me to enter your security code answer to delete this clan. The problem is its asks for a question ,what was your first school? and my security question on my account is where were you born? so no mater what I enter it tells me wrong answer. Please help me with this. I would like to join another clan it makes this game more fun.

If that doesn't work. Then contact support (http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx) Account> Account Administration.
Provide as much info as you can.

I need a GM to check this out , becase I can't even wonder why it would have different questions?

There shouldn't be different questions, because when you registered, you could only choose one question. The only way is to contact support (:

Yes I agree but there is I left another ticket to them like you said. The first tickets I have be leaving they told me I was sending to the wrong support . they said account admin like you had so I sent one to it will see what happens.I hope a GM reads this and sets me free. lol!!!!!
