Great and Easy idea
Here was my suggestion on suba forums
Last man standing, Everyone gets 1000 Hp to last longer If you die then you get your Xp and gp "depending on when you die" Like first person to die gets less gp/xp then last person. When they die they get a chance to watch the full game or Leave into lobby. The game is Locked or unable to join after the match starts. Max players is 10, minimum players is 5. More people = No fun, Less people = more competetive play .
This can take place on any map, and the respawn is random

YES I AGREE WITH U IT COULD HAPPEN LOL maybe... but i would tottally play it like more than 300 times a week -

Next question: how will the EXP / GP received be calculated?
If it's a set amount, it will have to be quite high because this could easily last as long as a full TDM, and so if it gave much less experience than a TDM not many players would play it regularly.
If this the system used, however, farmers can just make a game with their alt accounts and take them down extremely easily, getting all of the EXP from a full TDM match in the space of a few minutes.
However, if it's done based on time, then conceivably the farmer could just leave the computers on overnight and get just as much EXP as if he were constantly playing, without actually needing to play. Periodically, he could just kill his alt accounts, collect his EXP and then repeat.
Devil's Advocate over: the best solution to this problem (in my eyes) would be to use a time based EXP calculating system, but with a cap on the amount of EXP you can get per match. If the cap occurs after roughly 20 minutes of play, it shouldn't interfere with normal games whilst being troubling for farmers. -

1000HP i think better 500 if its 1000hp pray to kill him some day lol
