(also fyi, PlaySpan supports no games any further. Their entire site was shut down.)

UGC's should still be able to be used by going to the Deposit Page -> Prepaid Card -> Ultimate Game Card.

You may have to make a new account because your playspan account doesn't work, but the actual UGC Card itself should work.



If you are looking to combine your UGC and your paybycash cards which you might have done on a website like PlaySpan, then unfortunately there may be nothing we can do specifically about that. We (Z8Games) do not combine those kinds of cards for that kind of payment. For that one, you may have to try and take it up with UGC or paybycash or trying to contact Visa who are the parent company of PlaySpan.

Sorry about the runaround! The PlaySpan issue was sudden and didn't involve us.

This is how you fix it.


First step login and go through the payment and stop at the page where you can't see your balance.
Open a new tab.
Open up z8games
Go to deposit
Go to pay by cash again
Select the amount you want
Then it should have your balance on the right

Did a family member already use it or something? That will only happen if someone has used the card. Did you buy it through a real person cashier? They activate them manually, do not go through self checkouts, doesn't always work. Um, use it as quickly as possible as that code could get eaten up by "code breakers" Basically a program that guesses codes, unethical and illegal.

I still have $6 on my account.

If you had an account for PayByCash, you can sign in and save your remaining cash for future use. You can stack the cards too.
