missing weapons and account resets?
when i used to play CF before, i had multiple accounts, but then i stopped playing the game due to personal commitments. its been months since i last played, and now i decided to start playing again, and when i logged in, 2 of my accounts were missing their guns (this account being one of the 2), namely ruger mini from one account and a permanent Beretta that i won from a crate from the second account. all my other accounts have their weapons, just these 2 accounts' weapons went missing. also, another one of my accounts has been reset altogether, the character deleted and asking me to create a new character. im wondering, did i miss something? like were some weapons removed or something therefore deleted from everyones' inventory or something?

if by charges u mean bought the ZP, then no, and if by charges you mean any infringements, as far as i know, i had none. and the accounts were created maybe ~1-2 years ago? possibly longer. 1-2 years would be my best guess but im not quite sure

I had the same thing on my first account named loggfreak on which i didn't Buy zp
on my 2nd account (loggfreek) i did Buy zp to get star
i stopped playing on both accounts for about a year or so
When i tried to log in again my first account wass fully reset(asked to create char)
and my 2nd account, on which i bought zp wasn't -
ok well so now i don't have two of my most used weapons... a ruger that cost me 46k and a beretta that clocked in over 30 chests... i want my guns back, what can i do about this to get them back? not to mention an account thats been wiped fully clean
EDIT: i have other accounts where i've bought k2, k1a, m4a1 (one gun per account) and they are all fine, no weapons or items are missing. just the accounts with a Ruger and my Beretta -
ok so i submitted a ticket on saturday and i haven't gotten any response at all... like, no confirmation e-mail that my ticket has been submitted or how to track it etc. how do i know whether my ticket is submitted or something went wrong? and how will i know when a CF staff responds to it?
