Stuck In Clan

I've been trying to delete/remove/exit my OWN clan but I am stuck to it, I tried to delete all members, worked, but my problem is that when the security questions is asked it says that I am typing the wrong answer even though Z8Games emailed the exact security answer... please help me with this, you can either delete the clan or remove me as a leader of this clan. And it would really help if you are able to change my security question/answer into a simple one and email it to my registered email.

Did you type it the exact same way?

If it didnt work send them a support ticket & you can also change the Security answer yourself

Yes i know i have been having this issue too, but when i try to change it. I get ym account info put still says its wrong. atm its like a bug.

Have you tried adding a member and promoting it to leader so you can leave ?

PS : A bot account is the " member " I mentioned

yeah you still need the security answer for that

it'd be easier to ask them for the security answer, to be honest.
losing your security answer is a bit risky

yeah I do know the security answer, its been emailed to me and Ive answered it correctly so I think problem is not in my side, its z8games error... if there is a way to change it, but I dont think you can

maybe there is a space before or after the answer, try that.
