Report hacker bug?

so I was trying to report a hacker who I think deserves a ban since its a silver leaf with aimbot, but when I attach the replay file it says only jpeg and gif are allowed?

don't know how to post an image but heres wat it says:
Please only upload gif, jpg, zip, rar, or txt file, file name should be alphanumeric and has less than 40 characters.(EC:90121).

so can some1 plz tell me how else can I report or how to fix this.

Its possible there's an issue with uploading atm. I'll try to submit a report myself.

For now just zip or rar up the file (meaning create a zip or rar folder then drop the replay in there) and upload that.

theres still something wrong with it

ie when I upload a cfr file it says only upload jpeg, rar etc
but when I upload a rar file it says only updat cfr files

.cfr files say I need rar, jpeg, gif etc

rar files says only submit .cfr files

wtf?
