Help with an account!

Same with my account, I bought ZP with a visa gift card and logged into the game. I got my ZP and figured all is ok, well I try and log into cf today and my account is blocked. I check my email and the payment I made on the gift card never went through. I called click and buy and paid the balance they were asking, a grand total of $8.99, and my account is still blocked. Please if someone from Z8 could unblock my account I would appreciate it, I paid the balance of $8.99 , and considering how much money I've spent in the past, I'm quite surprised such a serious action was taken over such a little amount.
