Can't receive email from Z8Games

Hi all,

I want to change the email adress of my 2 accounts but I didn't yet received any email from Z8Games...
Can anyone tell me what happens?

What e-mail provider do you use? Some e-mails have very slow databases therefore it can take an hour or even a day to receive it - it's that bad.
