You can only buy Paypal once ever 24-48 hours. Please use a different method or wait till then.

Please note only 3 transactions per 7 days are permitted through Verified Paypal Accounts and 1 transaction per day through Un-verified Accounts.

You may contact Paypal for further assistance with this issue. You may also purchase a prepaid card to purchase ZP as there are no deposit limitations for prepaid cards. We apologize for the inconvenience.

this is what i got as a reply so i don't know how this is paypals problem but if you have the same you might as well try and contact paypal aswell

well, i go to check paypal, but i don't think thats be the problem
