If you gave your account to a ingame hacker, or some how got the account compromised then it's your problem and it won't be given back.
Same as if you hack on it then say someone stole your account and got it banned.
Actually if the above worked then everyone could hack without fear because when you get banned just say it was someone else doing it... -

That's a very good point,even i have the same problem didn't even waste my time posting my problem on forums on getting back my hounarble ribbon again because i know its lost forever. -

If you account was suspended for "Chargeback" you can come back your ribbon, if you account is banned by some other reason you can not do nothing.

No you can't. You are responsible for the actions on your account.. whether it was stolen or not, it ends up being your fault. -

Yeah I did quit the game, I rarely play anymore. I have said multiple times however that I will continue working with cross fire database, so in no way did I say I would be leaving completely. I will still be around now and then, just not nearly as actively as I was when I was posting ~20 times a day.
