Ribbons aren't awarded immediately. Please wait a bit until you recieved it. If you haven't recieved it after 2 days, sent a support ticket.

Also... There's no way to be sure how many wins you have. Are you sure you started with 36 wins? Did you count right? If you don't recieve it, keep playing to make sure.
