Send a support ticket with all the account information you can remember and or have evidence of and hopefully you'll get your account back and probably the GP that was wasted.

as for your Paypal account you may want to phone up your the current banking firm you are with to ask if you've been a victim of fraud due to your current situation, if this is true then you can reclaim 95% if not 100% of the money lost, id also contact Paypal support to check if there is anyway to reclaim your money.
