after the patcher closes hwgc wont load.

  Ehh. try running in admin?
  The only thing I could think of is reinstalling CF.
  Maybe another process is blocking it?

  ctrl+alt+delete start task manager go to process and if hwgc is running close it and try to start crossfire again.
