Laggy game reactions

When playing today i've noticed something knew while playing cf. At first my mouse had glitchy reaction to my movements skipping all over the place. i redownloaded the drivers for my razer deathadder, still was sluggish. replugged in my mouse fixed the whole mouse sluggish issue, but then my keys were being sluggish, my gunfireing, even my switching weapons. Idk what to do anymore im really lost and could use some help figuring this out.
