I bought the package to change name kill/death and win /loss and 50% exp when i logged in i hade none of it it took the zp from me but i got nothing non of it is their who ever can help me thanks a lot.

The packages with name change and reseting win/loss u normally find in the mall, under the my items section. If u click on use on either one of them, they will be activated. For the 50 % Exp, u need to activate that in your storage ingame, when u click on item and then the 50 % Exp, a window will pop up, saying that item is now in use. If that didnt helped ya, feel free to contact the support on the support Page.

I did all of that thanks thow, it did not go in to my account i biught it frim the mall and did note get it when i loged in to crossfore.
