Hello all, I have perm weps in my acc. No ribbon...

And a little question.... is Belgium a restricted to win weps in black market? Namely , I live in Belgium, I bought 50 k zp for halloween crates and won NOTHING, Wtf? Must I change my ip when I try to spin??

    Of course Belgium isn't restricted to win bm weapons, don't be stupid.

    Edit: I'm sorry, but what you just said about Belgium, bm restrictions, changing ip is just incredibly stupid.

    Another edit: I checked your account manually since you didn't gave us a link and I counted 23 perm weapons. If you have 2 more perm weapons who don't appear in your profile yet, you will need to wait 24-48 hours to get the ribbon, if you don't receive your ribbon in that time send a support ticket.
