Clan Went Missing

I have already sent a message to CM FallenAngel regarding this, but does any user know what could have occurred? I made a clan on October 3, 2009 and now it says I'm in no clan and neither are my members. When I search up my clan it says 0 members but does still have me as leader. In-game and on the My Clan page it shows that I do not have a clan whatsoever. Any ideas? Thanks for all the answers.

EDIT: I am positive I did not break any Clan creation rules and I have already spent money purchasing the logo and name change. So any advice would be appreciated.
