Shooting Problem

hello everybody, i have an issue with my shooting. The shooting is not very smooth, it's like when you shoot, it stuck. I cant shoot 30 bullets straight, it has to stop couple time before you run out of ammo, and this not very easy for me to win the game. I hope everyone understands what i am talking about. Please help. thanks
