Crossfire lagg spikes

My ping is normally around 75 but for the past few days i have been getting lagg spikes that go up to 3000 and 4000 status, they only last for 3 or 4 seconds then goes back to normal causing me to get killed. Nothing else is running on my computer so i cant figure out what it is. Is anyone else also getting this problem?
