when i click the connect service, it always tell me to wait.

Internet connection can depend on your internet. My internet is average and it's very close to Z8Games so I have faster connection than most people.

my internet is very well, and my old computer thinkpad can connect it in the same wifi internet. but my new computer alienware can't connect the channel, always tell me wait.
