Please help someone hakd me and i need to send a ticket fast!

They chaged my email and idk how

All of my work just poof
I whispered and he wants 100k zp and said his IGN was [UN]Skill*

You have to show lots of proof that it is your account, and support may be replied on Monday since support team are not working right now and on the weekends.
