This is meant for Saidin. Since you closed the thread of the emergency maintenance, I need to reply here.

I bought 20,000 ZP. Bought 10 Halloween creates, tried to buy another 10, couldn't due to the bug. I then left servers from Bravo to Alpha, and noticed that I lost 1,000 zp out of nowhere. 20k, bought 10k worth of halloween, should be 10k left, instead I had 9000.

I was mad, and impatient, and bought m4-patriot creates, 10 for 8000, and 1 for 1000. (I do not want a refund, just stating where my money has gone).

Now that you have "fixed" this problem, I see no 1,000 ZP on my account. I know it seems a little greedy for just 1,000... But I paid, I want my money.
Never know when I get lucky enough to win either a gun, or 1 million GP.

Its becoming Obvious that edvent weekends and genral pach updates theres always gonna be a balls up Especialy with this company _

Major fails when edvents are up and new updates "Take this it to coonsideration next time

No flaws no bugs ect ect then make the game live again ?makes sence ?

Doubt it, said nothing on his thread.

Edit: Kinda pathetic there has been no reply by any sort of administration, to even state they are looking into this problem. Just pathetic.

There's a ton of different posts saying you're going to get your zp back.

There is a Halloween trick with the price of the Halloween Crates. We apologize for this inconvenience. For all players who purchased crates we will be issuing a refund for the difference in ZP once the bug is fixed.

Attention Halloween Tricksters! There is a problem with the amount of ZP being charged for Halloween crates in the game. We expect a fix for this ASAP and will be returning all ZP differences to the players when the bug is fixed. Thanks for your patience and stay tuned for more official announcements on this matter.

If you read the emergency maintenance thread, which you obviously looked at since you saw it was closed you would notice this:

Once the bug is fixed we will begin the process of handing back the over-charged ZP to all players who purchased those crate bundles and we will look at options for further compensation though nothing is guaranteed as of yet. We still have to look at the numbers affected etc.

There is only so much information we can post if people aren't willing to read and listen to it. We've stated everyone is going to get the wrongfully charged ZP back.

Please note the bolded: BEGIN THE PROCESS... It's impossible to instantaneously hand back all the ZP to the wrongly charged players.

But it's not like it isn't going to happen, after we've declared it will in all the example threads listed.
