Halloween Crate Rip Off?

Going to move this to the tech forums. We just tested this on multiple accounts and it charged the correct amount.

Tbh, I called it a ripoff because I got charged 3k extra and I don't have other accounts with ZP to purchase it. Can you just look at my logs because I don't want to wait for the ticket. lol

Oh let me tell you what happened
Bought 30 crates for 27k
Spun them and was away a few times
Went back to BM
Bought m4 patriot crate
But it said insufficient ZP or something
However, my ZP total in game only showed that it deducted 27k instead of 30k
Relogged and lost 3k -

I too have this problem, i buy 20 k zp, i have before this 540 zp,
i Buy 10 crates hallowen for 10 k zp, i draw, and when i want buy next 10 crates, i have error: short of point, and i log out, and log in again, and i have 9540 zp, for my 10 crates hallowen is to small, i lost 1000 zp in this error.
I want for back my 1000 zp - i can buy next 10 crates. -

I'm sorry to say but until everyone gets compensated and a little more for their missing zp, I'd consider this a rip off since the crates are taking more zp than what they advertise, I got lucky with only having 10,030 zp so my only problem is having to wait until whoever fixes this. I think whoever screwed this up had a little too much to drink pre-gaming for some upcoming Halloween parties ; ) .
