I want to deposit 27k ZP for 30 H-Crates always getting this Error:

SHORT OF POINTS

Also my question, did Someone solved in yet?

Same here, please help us out. I got 10.021 zp on my acc. I want to purchase 10 crates of H crates. But it writes "Short of point". What should I do?

Apparently it's becase the 10 crates are currently 11k zp. It's just a bug and many other people have brought this up. Z8 wants the money and for you to try your chances for the new guns, so it should be fixed sometime today.

I have this error soon and 1000zp are away, two clanmades loses zp trought this error too fix this error and get the zp back.

For every 10 Grades that cost 10000zp 11000 will be charged from your zp!!!!

If you personally go to them you might be able to work something out with them, I have before. However it's not just going to happen, you need to take the initiative.

Bought 20k ZP, bought 10 creates, had 10k left. Tried to buy another 10 creates, got the error "Short of point".

I change servers from Bravo to Alpha, I have 9k zp. Awesome. Magically, I lose 1k zp?
