ping spiking

lately my ping has been spiking so im just wondering if its from the internet or my laptop. I have another computer but it doesn't spike. can anybody help me fix this problem?

It is probably on your lan. If you have multiple wireless cards active at the same time, it could kill performance. Multiple connections to your router being utilized at the same time can do it as well.
