Sorry, your Paypal transaction was not completed.

Hi I'm using paypal to purchase ZP and right as I hit confirm purchase a message comes up with "Sorry, your Paypal transaction was not completed." with out any further information, I know I have enough money because I'm using my ATM card with paypal as well so I'm not usre what the problem is. Anyone else have this problem, or should I open a ticket?
