Black screen . please Help!

hi I have been so Patient as possible. i made a ticket and then made here a thread. my screen when I open crossfire is Black nothing at all not in the menu no ,but in the game in any room I enter with any email my screen is black no one no wall but black. but there is the map and there is my health noyjing else any one help me please

check ur drivers make sure there update if not that try re-installing if not that then try gettin a better video/graphics card

no i tried them both and it is the same

and i have 2mb card

2mb is rlly low an do u minimize the window at all

look I was playing normally rhen an eror came withe the smae cpu when I open it again the black screen began . and i minize it

Black screen . please Help!
