Connection has been delayed (error)

Hello
I have a problem and I dont know what to do:
1. I start the game
2. Login my account
3. Enter in an anyroom

And after in room when i pess Start or what is there Enter in match ... it is loading the bar after he showing me this error - "Connection has been delayed" what is the problem ?

Bed net? check your net settings

I actually have the same problem and my ping ingame is 45. My internet speed is 58/38.

Connection has been delayed (error)
