Level 6 for ZP

Hello, I have a problem with arranging my level 6 ZP and ZP when you have so I write:

In order to deposit you must be level at Least 21 in any of the games or RPG level 6 in Cross Fire.

Your account does not reach the minimum level Requirement to make a deposit. Please come back later. Thanks.

It may take the servers a few hours, or possibly even 24 hours to update for your account to be properly set to Level 6.

Also, make sure you ARE Level 6. A lot of players don't realize the actual rank itself apart from the rank name.

I continued but again nothing

I got along but when you fill-in the whole and I will continue as I write:

This transaction has been voided, your card will NOT be Charged.
Reason: Failed to pass security validations.

Same time, you know what?
