WHEN I go Says Game THAT NOT HANDLE IN my region or something put MY Neighbors and playing THAT game I've ever played and created a new acc and can not login, What You Doing?

Z8 Games implemented a region restriction. The reason your neighbor(s) are playing CrossFire is because they are playing on an account that was made before the restriction policy was placed.

Where do you live? There are other versions of CrossFire such as Europe or you can visit Z8 Games's CrossFire Brasil here, http://br.crossfire.z8games.com/.

Hope that narrowed it down.
