Ping/Lag Problem

I used to have around 60 ping in alpha server but now every time I try to join a game I get a 300-400 ping and it's not a spike, it just stays at 300-400. I have no idea why, I've tried different servers, reinstalled the game, disabled anti-virus and rebooted my Internet. Any help appreciated

Have you recently changed ISPs or has the ISP changed your Internet speeds?

You can check your speeds at speedtest.net
and check the quality of your internet at pingtest.net

For me, I changed ISPs and from having a solid 70 ping I'm now bumped at 110 ping in Alpha

switch back? and i do occassionally have this issue i can be 50 all day then relog and be 120

Actually i'm having a similar problem.. before when i played during the day it would be 49-60 then later at night during high traffic times for my isp 6-12 it would spike actually pretty bad, I took a break for about a month and a half to two months and now my ping is staying around 100-120 during the day.. i dread seeing the high traffic times... did they change the servers that cf is hosted on.. or is my isp just ****ing me again
