No sound

Before anyone even asks, I did not modify my .dll files, Actually i uninstalled and re installed the game and still not working.. anyone else having this issue? or have any idea what could be causing it?

For other reference I did not touch my ingame sound options either.

    Try restarting your computer if not that make sure your drivers are up to date if not that go to sound panel and make sure cf is turned up if not that then u just might be blb
