Viet emails

OK, so I have a Viet email and cf account I made before the block. Whenever I try to send a lost I'd/pw email to it, it doesn't show up. The domain is example@yahoo.vn.com . Is this location related? (I'm in the U.S now)

it may just be delayed if it's not in the inbox check the spam or trash folder
